Qualifications

• To qualify for the Groomer III position, candidate must meet at least 14 of the below criteria.
• Experience operating slope maintenance equipment and attachments for winter and summer operations.
• Proficient in building and maintaining terrain parks and racecourses.
• Knowledge of snowmaking operations and infrastructure.
• Welding or fabricating skills are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of surveying and mapping.
• Documentation of experience/certifications is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate grooming machines and attachments to provide a quality snow surface.
• Maintain and update log sheets and records.
• Support summer trail maintenance and grooming equipment upkeep.
• Provide labor support for snowmaking, lifts, and snow removal.
• Assist with capital projects and safety procedures.
• Keep work area clean and organized and follow OSHA rules.
• Communicate changes on the hill to the team and supervisors.
• Assist with building new trails, roads, and repair of infrastructure.
