Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles including Rental Supervisor and related positions across our ski and snowboard operations. Starting wage ranges from $23.00 to $29.22 per hour, with full-time and part-time shifts available for Winter 2026/2027.
Housing is available and federal/state labor laws are observed. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and be able to work a flexible winter schedule.

Job Responsibilities
As the Retail/Rental Manager of the Rental department, this job oversees the operations of a high volume, seasonal rental operation, ski and snowboard repair/tuning center and servicing the entire resort. The retail/rental manager’s responsibilities includes:
