Naked Farmer in Tampa is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to deliver scratch-made meals and share the story of our seasonal menu. You will be the face of our locally sourced ethos, ensuring every guest experiences warmth, speed, and consistency.

You will learn from our chefs about regional produce, take pride in hospitality, and help coordinate to-go orders and deliveries while maintaining spotless dining spaces.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the menu narrative, highlighting seasonality and origin of ingredients, while delivering meals that delight guests.
• Learn regional produce and preparation methods from our team of chefs to expand culinary horizons.
• Provide exceptional hospitality, maintain dining spaces, manage to-go orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Proactively engage with diners, anticipate needs, and make each visit memorable.
• Tell the story of our seasonal selections and local farms to guests.
• Efficiently manage a variety of tasks and stay active in the kitchen, with lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Uphold rigorous food safety standards of health department and Naked Farmer.
• End each day with a sense of accomplishment, contributing to a sustainable food system.
