Job summary

Sweet Action Ice Cream in Denver is seeking enthusiastic Scoopers to join their Events Team. Candidates will provide excellent customer service, serve ice cream, and assist with managing equipment during events.

The ideal applicants will love interacting with customers, work well in teams, and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role requires availability for at least two shifts a week, including weekends and holidays.

Experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory, and clean driving records are required for driving duties.

Reports to
Events Manager, Shift-Lead on Duty

Position Overview
We are looking for rock-star Scoopers to join our team at our Events Team and provide excellent customer service, serve ice cream, make shakes, perform required tasks as assigned by management and shift leaders. This position may also involve driving our ice cream truck and helping load-in / load-out equipment by driving a company vehicle with a trailer. Most events will take place in the Denver Metro Area.

Position Requirements

• 21 years or older
• Able to work at least two shifts a week
• Generally available to work weekends and holidays
• Clean driving record
