Job summary

Rockstar is seeking a seasonal School Success Manager to guide schools through the platform, focusing on creating optimized master schedules during peak January–July. You will onboard schedulers, manage district relationships, and ensure schedules meet district priorities while coordinating with product and engineering teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Experience building middle/high school schedules.
• At least 2+ years owning schedules within a school context.
• Five years inside a school environment beneficial.
• Willingness to work full-time, seasonally January–July.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and training for new and returning school schedulers.
• Guide districts and charter schools through using the platform to build master schedules.
• Provide end-to-end scheduling support during peak season.
• Troubleshoot complex scheduling constraints and align with district priorities.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and engineering to relay client feedback.
