Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Operations Professional to support store operations and deliver excellent client service. Responsibilities include fulfillment, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and assisting Sales Professionals to maximize opportunities.

You'll handle merchandise, jewelry repairs prep, data capture, and maintain store cleanliness and hospitality. The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and flexibility to work hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Organized, flexible and able to perform varied tasks based on business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and/or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework or graduate gemologist credential.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment.
• Clean and handle merchandise, process jewelry repairs and prepare items for delivery.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory using reports and systems, report discrepancies to management.
• Support sales by capturing client data, handling phone and email correspondence, and partnering with Sales Professionals to optimize opportunities.
• Maintain store amenities and hospitality to enhance the in-store client experience.
• Follow company operational policies and provide feedback on process improvements.
• Work retail store hours as needed, including nights, weekends and holidays.
