The Operations Coordinator at Tiffany store under Brobston Group will lead back-of-house operations and support store leadership in delivering exceptional client service and sales results. This role may act as manager on duty and assist with opening and closing procedures when a manager is unavailable.

You will coordinate fulfillment, inventory, and merchandising, while maintaining control procedures and assisting with client experiences.

Formación

• 2–3 years of retail operations experience with merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and flexible to perform different tasks.
• Availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• A college degree is preferred; Graduate Gemologist or GIA coursework preferred.

Summary

• Follow operational and internal control procedures, maintain inventory accuracy, and handle jewelry repairs and cleaning.
• Partner with store leadership and colleagues, resolve client and employee concerns, and help coach team members when acting as manager on duty.

Requirements

• Two to three years of retail operations experience, with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to perform different tasks based on business needs.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A college or university degree is preferred; a Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is also preferred.
