Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead back-of-house operations for the store, partnering with leadership to support the team and drive sales. The role acts as key holder and manager on duty when managers are unavailable, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and store opening and closing procedures.

You will coordinate daily tasks such as receiving, replenishment, and transfers; handle jewelry intake and cleaning; and coordinate basic repair work per company

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail operations experience with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and flexible, able to adapt to business needs.
