Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking Seasonal Sales Support to represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season. You will deliver warm, attentive service, assist with POS tasks, gift wrapping, and client-facing duties, and help maintain an orderly sales environment.

The role supports sales and operations teams, handling hospitality duties and special projects during peak periods. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are required.

• Assist operations team with inventory tasks and special store projects.

Summary

Team members help maintain an orderly sales environment and assist with store operations and special projects as needed.

• Assist with engraving station, floor waiting lists, and client queuing where applicable.
• Perform POS functions, box and wrap purchases, replenish POS and gifting supplies, and maintain sales floor organization.
• Assist operations team with inventory tasks and special store projects as directed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with store management and teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
