Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking Seasonal Sales Support for the holiday period to assist customers on the sales floor and contribute to a premium shopping experience. You will help with POS transactions, gift presentation, and store hospitality to ensure smooth peak-period operations.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with prior experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients on the sales floor, delivering a service-oriented experience.
• Support POS activities including processing transactions, boxing and wrapping purchases, and replenishing supplies.
• Assist with engraving station duties and manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas—ensure they are stocked, orderly, and clean.
• Communicate service issues to management and support after-sales servicing and operational procedures.
• Assist with inventory tasks and special store projects as needed.
