Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking Seasonal Sales Support Team Members to deliver exceptional client service on the sales floor during the holiday season. You will assist clients with purchases, hospitality, and after-sales service while supporting store operations and the sales team.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience is preferred.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients to create a memorable, hospitality-driven experience on the sales floor.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchase.
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas and POS stations to be fully stocked, orderly, and clean; report issues to management.
• Support operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
