Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey Deckers Brands vision.
• Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Answer questions and communicate our return policy clearly.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Maintain back-stock area and merchandising per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Support safety and report theft per company policies.
