Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store organized. You will support daily operations, participate in stock duties when needed, and step into front and back-of-house tasks, including POS processes.

Ideal candidates are energetic, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role offers part-time seasonal hours with potential for future opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (or 18 in CA).
• Able to maneuver on sales floor, stockroom, and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Fluent in local language; basic English a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Able to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers at checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to match customer needs.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist with front and back of house tasks.
• Operate point of sale and process payments; support omni-channel requests.
• Contribute to sales goals and participate in daily operations.
• Be proactive in learning about products and UA policies.
