Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store clean and organized.

You’ll support daily operations and step into stock duties when needed, making a strong impact during the busiest seasons. Perfect for earning extra income during summer or holiday breaks, this role requires a friendly, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum age 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to bring out the best in each customer.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including point of sale and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience and work well in a team.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill working hours per Under Armour attendance policy.
