Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is hiring a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our New York store. You will stay informed about products, promotions, and marketing initiatives to engage customers and communicate sustainability commitments.

You’ll work with a dynamic team to meet business goals while representing the brand with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. You will also model service training, greet customers, address questions, and enforce our return policy.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter
• Excellent team building skills
• Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Ensure all questions are addressed and communicate our return policy clearly.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately; check inventory daily.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and adhere to Visual Merchandising standards.
