Sur La Table is looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to inspire customers and support daily store operations. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience, share product knowledge, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand by creating memorable customer experiences.
• Stay current on products, participate in training, and share knowledge with teammates.
• Engage customers, assess needs, and guide them to relevant products.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and promote events.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to store revenue.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive store culture and onboarding of new associates.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
