Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to inspire customers through every stage of their culinary journey. You will support daily operations, uphold the best-in-class customer experience, and help drive sales by sharing product knowledge.

You’ll maintain product expertise through training, engage guests to understand needs, and foster a guest-obsessed culture while meeting monthly sales goals and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences that inspire customer loyalty.
• Maintain expertise by staying current on products and training resources.
• Actively engage customers, identify needs, recommend relevant products, and lead a guest-obsessed culture.
• Maximize selling opportunities and promote add-on sales to grow store traffic and engagement.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, with performance measured by KPIs.
