Sur La Table in the United States is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to inspire customers through every stage of their culinary journey. You will support daily operations, deliver a best-in-center customer experience, and help drive sales by sharing product knowledge.

Represent the brand, stay current on products, engage customers, and meet monthly sales goals. The role offers part-time hours with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of employment.
• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Actively engage customers, identify needs, recommend relevant products, and lead a Guest Obsessed culture.
• Maximize selling opportunities and promote add-on sales to grow store traffic and engagement.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to store revenue.
