Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of employment.
• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Maximize selling opportunities by identifying customer needs and solutions.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing store culture.
• Accurately process transactions, assist in opening/closing, floor replenishment, and maintain POS compliance.
