Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment, merchandising, and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise and maintain presentation.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a supervisor when needed.
• Support loss prevention and safety practices and adhere to policies.
• Follow all store policies including attendance and confidentiality.
