Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis, delivering outstanding guest service within a Circle of Life sales model. The role emphasizes sales, store maintenance, and customer service during peak holiday periods.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, restocking merchandise, and upholding store standards and safety practices. Availability during peak seasonal days is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to greet guests and assist with gaming needs and related products.
• Demonstrate clear verbal communication and listening skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and greet guests.
• Support store environment and contribute to sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions politely and escalate issues to a supervisor as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies and attendance standards.
