Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during peak seasons.
Collaborate with the team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented.
Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and safety procedures.
Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
