GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak seasons with a strong focus on sales, customer service, and store maintenance.

You will help create a positive guest experience and participate in all aspects of daily store operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, making product recommendations, stocking merchandise, and upholding store standards while working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs during every transaction.
• Support the shopping environment and store initiatives throughout the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep all areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised as per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sale, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, mindful of scams and safety best practices.
• Adhere to store policies and confidentiality requirements.
