Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, make recommendations, complete transactions with selling behaviors.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when needed.
