You will contribute to a positive shopping experience by addressing customer needs, processing transactions, and keeping the store well-stocked and inviting. Availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively and balance multiple customers in a busy store.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and minimize loss.
