Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and balance multiple customers in a busy retail setting.
• Assist omnichannel requests to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean store.
