Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, help them explore baby essentials, and support a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you’ll assist with omnichannel service, process transactions, restock shelves, and maintain a safe, welcoming store. Availability may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program.
