Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, share knowledge of our baby essentials, and help families prepare for everyday moments.

In a welcoming, fast-paced retail environment, you’ll handle omnichannel needs, complete POS transactions, stock shelves, and explain promotions and rewards. This role supports our team and fosters growth, flexibility, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and provide product information.
• Resolve customer issues and manage multiple customers in a busy environment.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping and POS transactions.
• Restock floor and process shipments.
• Explain promotions and loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and prevent loss.
