UGG, a division Deckers Brands, seeks a Sales Associate for our store in Massachusetts. You will create personalized shopping experiences, listen to customers, offer product knowledge, and communicate the brand's sustainability commitments while delivering exceptional service.

You will work as part of a dynamic team to meet store goals. You'll greet customers promptly, maintain accurate transactions, manage inventory, and uphold visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey Deckers Brands vision and mission to customers.
• Motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Create the best possible customer experience in-store.
• Provide current product knowledge and recommendations.
• Communicate brand initiatives and sustainability commitments to customers.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock, merchandising, and store presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean back-stock and break area; assist with safety procedures.
