UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, process purchases, and uphold brand standards.

You’ll contribute to team goals while representing UGG’s sustainability initiatives and store image with a positive, professional attitude. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit to support the sales team and store

Qualificações

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers and drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and respond to questions before they leave.
• Handle returns and explain the policy clearly to customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked.
• Merchandise products according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized back-stock and break areas; daily cleaning tasks.
• Respond to theft per company policies and communicate with management.
• Report to work on time and notify the Store Manager if late or absent.
