Job summary

UGG is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our store. You will greet customers, share product knowledge and assist with recommendations while upholding the brand’s sustainability commitments. You’ll work as part of a dynamic team to meet store goals and foster loyalty.

You will also handle transactions, manage inventory, and merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards, ensuring a welcoming and organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers and drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and answer questions.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise products per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area.
• Respond to theft in accordance with policies and report to Store Manager if needed.
