Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Sales Associate in New Jersey to deliver exceptional customer experiences using the CHARM service model. You will support all store areas, including POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations, while acting as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities include collaborating with store management to meet personal performance goals and staying informed about product launches and collaborations to engage customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in fast-paced retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our CHARM service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures and inventory control.
