Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the Crocs CHARM service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visuals, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches and sharing this with customers.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
