Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver outstanding consumer experiences in our store. You will assist in all store departments, manage the POS system, and help create a seamless shopping experience by merchandising and presenting products.

You’ll work with store management to meet personal goals through effective selling, stay informed about current product launches, and represent the Crocs brand with enthusiasm in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work with store management to achieve personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
