Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to be at the heart of in-store experiences during our peak seasons. You will welcome customers, share product stories, and support the team in meeting goals while delivering the brand's CHARM service.

You'll assist across store operations, from POS to merchandising, and stay informed on product drops and promotions to elevate every guest interaction. This role offers hands-on learning and a path to thrive with crocs teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Team-first approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs CHARM service model.
• Assist in all store operations including POS, merchandising, and stockroom to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet personal and store goals through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations and launches.
