Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• A team first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the Crocs service model.
• Assist in all store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve personal performance objectives through selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
• Maintain a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns.
