Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs' service model (C.H.A.R.M).
• Actively champion a positive team culture and share feedback with the team.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visuals, and stockroom operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance goals through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives and sharing this knowledge with customers.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
