Job summary

Kirkland’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and support operations, merchandising, and customer service with guidance from management.

The successful candidate will engage customers, drive sales, assist with inventory, pricing, floor sets, and maintain a welcoming, organized store environment, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule.

• Supports and values Customer Service in both the in store and online shopping experience
• Actively engages with all customers modeling exceptional selling behaviors
• Greets every customer with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude
• Educates each customer on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise
• Maintains merchandising presentation, pricing and inventory accuracy
• Assists in receiving, stocking, and floor sets to support store goals
• Operates POS, registers and handheld devices efficiently and accurately
