Kirkland’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and support operations and merchandising under guidance from management.

You will help drive sales by switching between selling, cashiering, replenishing, and setting floorsets while keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority. The role requires energetic, customer-focused individuals who can work weekends and evenings and engage with customers to promote loyalty programs and promotions.

• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to read and interpret company directives and manuals.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs and work independently or with a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store and online.
• Engage with customers and model selling behaviors.
• Greet customers enthusiastically and maintain a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise.
• Assist with merchandise receiving, stock, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Support brand presentation and professional conduct with customers and teammates.
• Help achieve and exceed goals related to store initiatives and programs.
• Assist in inventory control and stockroom organization.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Display Kirkland’s Home values in daily interactions.
• May perform other duties as needed.
