Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience following Kirkland’s Home service model.
• Assist with operations, merchandising, and floor sets under management direction.
• Greet customers with enthusiasm and engage in selling and cashiering as needed.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Support stockroom and salesfloor organization and cleanliness.
• Contribute to achieving goals related to company initiatives and programs.
