Job summary

UGG is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge in our stores. You will greet customers, respond to inquiries, and communicate our brand’s sustainability commitments while maintaining a welcoming and energetic store environment.

You will also operate the cash register, manage stock, and ensure products are displayed according to visual standards. A strong team player with reliability and flexibility will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey Brand Vision and Mission to team members and customers.
• Flexible in schedule and hours to meet business needs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliability are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate the brand’s sustainability initiatives and commitments to customers.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and follow Visual Merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and product stock/availability.
• Support Store Manager and collaborate with team to meet business goals.
