UGG is seeking a Sales Associate for our store in New Jersey. You will deliver personalized shopping experiences, greet customers promptly, share product knowledge, and promote our brand’s sustainability initiatives and commitments.

You will contribute to a dynamic team focused on achieving store goals and delivering excellent service. The role requires strong communication, a team mindset, and the ability to manage transactions, inventory, and visual merchandising while upholding our dress code

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Associate, you create personalized shopping experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty.
• You greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and respond to their questions.
• You communicate our return policy clearly and maintain a positive attitude with customers and team members.
• You operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandized.
