Qualifications

• Flexible shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies compliance and adherence to regulations by all staff.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.

• Ensures orientation, training, and coaching for personnel.
