UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance. You will train, develop, and lead workgroups while maintaining high standards for productivity, quality, and customer service. This role requires strong communication and the ability to manage resources effectively.

The position emphasizes safety compliance, employee development, and proactive coaching to support continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
