Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance in a warehouse setting. The role focuses on maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety while leading teams across the department.

The successful candidate will develop staff, ensure policy compliance, and foster a collaborative, proactive workplace. This seasonal position requires strong communication and a proven ability to manage resources efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implements employee development plans to support growth.
• Ensures orientation, training, and coaching for department personnel.
