Job summary

Levy at Compass Group USA operates at Wrigley Field venues, managing a seasonal rooftop operation to deliver top-quality food and service. You will supervise up to 10 staff, open and close the venue, and ensure a memorable guest experience during Cubs games and events.

Located across from Wrigley Field, the role supports all-inclusive buffet and bar service with emphasis on safety, sanitation, and guest engagement. Must be 21+, with catering/event experience and required certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain required certifications.
• Experience with events or catering preferred.
• Valid City of Chicago Food Service Manager Certification.
• Valid ServSafe Alcohol and Food Handlers Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Open/close rooftop venue and supervise up to 10 staff daily.
• Assist guests and hosts to ensure they have a great and memorable experience.
• Train staff and enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate operations for Cubs home games and events.
