Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Beverage Service Attendant for the Wrigley Rooftops, near Wrigley Field in Chicago. The seasonal role supports a buffet and bar service for guests during Cubs home games and special events, with a pay range of $16.60/hour plus a tip pool.

The position requires guest-facing service, ability to manage crowds up to 225 guests, and coordination with supervisors and security. Training and supervision provided by Levy Restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience as a host or door person is a plus.
• Valid ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
• Clean and presentable appearance.

Overview

Position Title: Beverage Service Attendant. Department: Wrigley Rooftops. Pay Range: $16.60/hr + Tip Pool. This is a seasonal position based around Chicago Cubs home games and special events at Wrigley Field.

Summary

Responsible for seating residents in the dining room and handling customer service situations as they arise. Located across the street from Wrigley Field, the Wrigley Rooftops offer a unique professional sports experience with multiple venues and seating options. This role supports an all-inclusive food buffet and bar service for up to 225 guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards of work areas, entrance, and lobby.
• Managing a line of up to 225 guests.
• Keeping the guest list safe and presentable.
• Communicating with building supervisors, operations management, and security teams.
• Assisting coworkers when needed.
• Performing any other task assigned by leadership; subject to manager’s discretion.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Climb up and down up to 7 flights of stairs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
• Engage with guests in a personable and friendly manner.
• Accurately and efficiently check guests into the building while abiding by Levy Restaurant rules and regulations.
• ID and confirm ages of all guests.
• Work as part of a team.

Education and Certifications
