Position Title: Beverage Service Attendant

Department: Wrigley Rooftops

Pay Range: $16.60/hr + Tip Pool

Job Summary

Located across the street from Wrigley Field, Wrigley Rooftops is one of the most unique professional sports experiences in the country. As a seasonal position based specifically around Chicago Cubs home games and special events at Wrigley Field, Beverage Service Attendants will serve an all-inclusive food buffet and bar service to up to 225 guests in 11 multi-level club spaces. No mixology experience is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of workstation and guest areas
• Stock food service areas and coolers in accordance with Levy standards
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Serve beer and wine responsibly to all guests 21 years of age or older
• Assist coworkers as needed
• Perform any other tasks assigned by leadership, subject to manager’s discretion

Qualified candidates must be able to

• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Climb up and down up to 7 flights of stairs
• Stand for long periods of time
• Work indoors and outdoors
• Engage with guests in a personable and friendly manner
• Work as part of a team

Qualification and Education Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Some college preferred
• Experience in the food and beverage industry
• Valid ServSafe Alcohol and Food Handlers Certificates
• Clean and presentable appearance
