Job summary

Compass Group’s Levy division seeks team-oriented staff for seasonal service at Wrigley Field in Chicago. You will set and clear tables, stock stations, assist servers, and ensure a welcoming guest experience during Cubs home games and special events.

Must be 21+, have experience in food & beverage, and a valid ServSafe Food Handlers Certification. This on-site role offers flexible hours, the chance to work at iconic venues, and industry-leading associates programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of workstation and guest areas.
• Stock food service areas and coolers per Levy standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Remove garbage and recycling throughout the day.
• Assist coworkers as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Founded in Chicago 40 years ago as a Delicatessen, Levy now finds itself as a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country.

Summary: Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service. Located across the street from Wrigley Field are the Wrigley Rooftops. We are one of the most unique professional sports experiences in the country. Up to 225 guests can enjoy an all-inclusive food buffet and bar service, including beer, wine, soft drinks, and water at one of our 11 multi-level club spaces. Each venue offers a unique perspective of the field as well as rooftop seating to comfortably enjoy the game. This is a seasonal position based specifically around Chicago Cubs home games and special events at Wrigley Field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards of workstation and guest areas.
• Stocking food service areas and coolers in accordance with Levy standards.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Removing garbage & recycling throughout the day.
• Assisting coworkers as needed.
• Performance of any other task assigned by leadership; subject to manager's discretion.

Qualified Candidates must be able to:

• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Climb up and down up to 7 flights of stairs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
• Engage with guests in a personable and friendly manner.
• Work as part of a team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Valid ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
