Job summary

National Car Rental in Miami is seeking a Seasonal Return Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental process. This seasonal role starts no earlier than November 1, 2026 and ends on or before April 30, 2027.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, up to $19 per hour for Overnight Shifts. The position is full-time seasonal (40 hours per week) and located at 3900 NW 25th Str Miami, FL 33142. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English.
• At least 1 year of customer service retail or administrative support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Identify lost and found items and log them with unit number, date and time.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide transportation information to the airport terminal in a professional manner.
• Inquire about service satisfaction and document any issues.
• Check vehicles for damage and direct customers to complete damage/loss reports.
• Verify fuel level upon return and ensure proper gas procedures.
• Create service alerts for mechanical or body damage.
• Identify and tag vehicles on hold or recall, and move to proper lot location.
• Keep the lot organized for easy access and traffic flow.
• Understand the damage loss report reporting procedure.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Return Agent. The Seasonal Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.

This pay for this position starts at $18/ hour up to $19/hour for Overnight Shifts.

This position is located at 3900 NW 25th Str Miami,FL 33142.

THIS IS A FULL TIME SEASONAL POSITION (40 hours per week)

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work the schedule below

Schedules

• Schedule A:TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY: OFF , THURSDAY-MONDAY: 9am - 5:30pm
• Schedule B:SUNDAY/SATURDAY: OFF, MONDAY-FRIDAY: 10am-6:30pm
• Schedule C:MONDAY/TUESDAY: OFF, WEDNESDAY -SUNDAY: 10:30pm-7am (OVERNIGHT)

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot.
• Remind customer to check for personal belongings. Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found.
• Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer.
• Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal. Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue.
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction.
• Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report.
• Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas.
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.
• Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
• Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
• Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.
• Understand the damage loss report reporting procedure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English
• Must be willing to accept $18/hour

• Must be able to work November 1 2026 to April 30 2027
